For those who don't know, C. Diff is a species of bacteria found in the digestive tract called Clostridium difficile that when in high concentrations can produce irritating diarrhea in animals. I found this online concerning the antibiotic Clindamycin® that you are currently using for your dog:
"Antibiotics, such as clindamycin (Cleocin), can cause severe, life-threatening diarrhea known as Clostridiodes-difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD or C. diff). Antibiotics can change the normal conditions of your gut and colon and lead to the growth of bacteria that causes this severe diarrhea."
I would approach this situation by trying to improve the health of the digestive tract instead of trying to kill the bacteria which destroys the entire ecology of the gut. I would start with a healthy, whole food diet, either homemade of commercially prepared, and we offer some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. Next I would use the Daily Multi Plus to add digestive enzymes and probiotics plus USDA organic superfoods into his diet (this will help with the pancreatitis as well). Next, use the Diarrhea Relief to help form healthy stool and reduce inflammation. Then, consider the Sunflower Lecithin to help repair the lining of the digestive tract (this will also help with fat digestion). Lastly, add in a spore bacteria synbiotic called Microbiome Harmony that can help to quickly populate the digestive tract and out-compete the pathogenic bacteria.
