I haven't seen any information that D-Mannose helps to break up stones. Instead, this simple sugar helps to prevent the bacteria that contributes to infection from adhering to the lining of the urinary tract. Our Antilthic formula uses hydrangea root to dissolve urinary calculi and it works quite well.
