My dog has laryngeal paralysis and his tongue is dark red as if he is lacking oxygen. Will the ChlorOxygen help?

More likely if your dog was suffering from low oxygen his gums and perhaps the tongue would be pale in color and in this case the ChlorOxygen could help (but I would also consult a veterinarian because that could be a serious condition). A red tongue is more likely related to a vitamin B-12 deficiency or a food/medication allergy.
