For your 15 lb dog you would provide 1/2 ml of the Pain Relief 2 - 3x daily. If you aren't already, we suggest that you also provide nutrients to support the growth and repair of joint cartilage in addition to pain relief. We often suggest Elk Velvet Antler or Bovine Cartilage for this purpose.
