Each 1/32 tsp of the Microbiome Harmony synbiotic provides approximately 150 million spores. We suggest one 1/32 tsp (provided) for every ten pounds of animal weight. This would mean that your 70 lb dog will receive about 1/4 teaspoon of Microbiome Harmony daily that provides approximately one billion spores of bacteria along with the accompanying prebiotic. Unfortunately, we do not provide a subscription option at this time due to the difficulty we had managing a similar program in the past.
