The Adrenal Calm and Anxiety Blend have two different formulations so can not ideally be used as an alternative to each other. The Adrenal Calm is used to support and calm the adrenal glands while the Anxiety Blend contains herbs that help to support and calm the nervous system. While you could add in the Anxiety Blend to help provide calm for itching and scratching, I would suggest trying the Allergy Blend as this formula can be very helpful for seasonal allergies and can be used alongside the Adrenal Calm. In the future starting the Allergy Blend two weeks or so before allergy season in your area can be very beneficial to its action.
