Yes, the Repair and Strengthen can help, but it is not going to be the sole answer to your cat's issue. We have other suggestions to make such as perhaps lightly cooking your cat's food, at least initially, to make it easier for him to digest. Since this may not be a simple answer, I would suggest that you fill out the form on our Contact Us page so we can get more information to better help you. As a side note, the medication Cerenia® actually works in the brain to negate the vomit reflex, but does not address the cause of the vomiting at all - most people do not know this.
