I feel the only place you could really fit the Systemic Enzymes into your dog's routine would be at night before bed and that would be okay used alongside the medications you mentioned. There is one big issue that is missing from your dog's treatment regimen for his various health concerns and that is nutritional support. The medications that you mentioned address symptoms, along with, unfortunately, having numerous potential side effects. None of those medications are going to help resolve your dog's issues or result in improved health or healing of tissue, other than potential reduction of symptoms.
