Your dog has certainly been through a lot. Yes, the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics can certainly help with her gas. Gas in generally caused by an imbalance in the digestive tract. This isn't a surprise as your dog has been on numerous medications and they, unfortunately, will damage the ecology of the digestive tract. This leads to food being fermented instead of properly digested and fermentation produces gas. The digestive enzymes and Herbal Digestive Tonic are good choices to help your dog better digest her meals. I would also suggest the Microbiome Harmony to add additional beneficial probiotics to help repopulate her digestive tract. The Gentle Giants® dog food is no different from any other kibble dog food, but it sure has some amazing marketing. It has about 55% carbohydrate content just like other processed kibble pet foods and starches/carbohydrates can easily ferment in the gut and produce gas. Dogs do not have a biological need for many carbohydrates. I suggest that you consider a whole food diet for your dog. You can home-prepare your dog's food to make sure she is getting a healthy diet or use a prepared raw or cooked commercial diet or use a premix to which you add your own meat.
