Since herbs can affect a body in a variety of ways all of our herbal remedies have a caution on the label indicating safe use in pregnant animals has not been established. Puppies are a different matter and this herbal remedy should be fine but I would wait until the puppies are more than eight weeks of age to start an herbal remedy.
