Yes, you can use the Hyperthyroid Tonic and the Kidney Glandular together to support your cat. Biopreparation F3 provides cellular energy to strengthen the body's activities. I would hold off on the Biopreparation F3 as we do not want to strengthen your cat's "hyper" condition. The Seaweed Calcium is only used for homemade diets as commercial pet foods already provide a calcium source. If you are home-preparing your cat's diet I would use the Natural Bone Calcium because it will have less iodine than the Seaweed Calcium. If you are feeding a commercial pet food avoid kelp, fish and other potential high sources of iodine. As far as the medications, they can carry significant side effects. If this was my cat I would try the suggestions I provided and see if they can balance your cat's thyroid activity on their own. If medications are necessary then the Hyperthyroid Tonic and Thyroid Glandular can be used and may be able to lower the dosages of medications needed when working with your veterinarian.
