Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics for Dogs and Cats
I did not see that this had to be refrigerated upon arrival. I have had it three days, it has not been opened will it still be good or do I need to get another one. Also, the tooth powder. Wish you would have put a note in box with instructions. Also, other products say at room temperature, I live in a hot climate would other products loose potency if refrigerated.

Yes, the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics will be fine. The digestive enzymes are only damaged by moisture, so they are okay. The probiotics can be damaged by higher temperature. However, this takes some time because initially, due to the whole food prebiotics this supplement contains, they have food and will replicate. In addition, we incorporate a minimum of 50% overage into our formula which means that when the label says there are 5 billion cfu per gram in the formula, there are really at least 7,500 cfu per gram to account for any potential loss during shipping and storage. We also place an orange sticker on each container and bag to remind customers to refrigerate when received, however the Tooth Powder bottle is too small to place a sticker on. All other supplements and herbal remedies are fine to keep at room temperature in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.
