The Heart Support Supplements can help to support your dog's cardiovascular system by providing important nutrients that the medications are not. While I believe the supplements will be helpful in improving your dog's quality of life, heart failure is a condition that can not be reversed. Since your dog is coughing this does indicate fluid build up and later stage of disease. However, trying the supplements and perhaps providing a healthy, whole food diet may be helpful in prolonging your dog's quality of life - we will have to see.
