Does dosage of the Biopreparation change for the weight of the dog?

I have a 9 pound dog with kidney disease. I purchases BioPreparation Pet F3. Is the dosage one capsule a day and can I add it to food or just give as a pill?

Yes, you will provide different dosages of the Biopreparation depending on your size dog. For your nine pound dog with kidney disease, we suggest you provide 1/4 capsule 3x daily. If 3x daily is too difficult for your schedule then you could use 1/3 capsule 2x daily. It is best to provide Biopreparation in smaller servings throughout the day, rather than in one large daily serving. Yes, you can mix this supplement in with your dog's food.
