Yes, that should be fine. We have worked with numerous pets that have used both the supplements in our IMHA Support Package along with the medications you mentioned in your question with no adverse events. Since your dog is on several medications that can cause stomach upset, I would suggest starting one supplement at a time so your dog has some time to adjust. When your dog has stabilized and medication dosages are able to be lowered and hopefully removed, I would consider adding in the Antilithic to help support the health of your dog's urinary tract.
