Yes, Pancreas Glandular would be safe for your dog. Organ meat does have higher amounts of phosphorus when compared to muscle meat. However, when using glandulars in an appropriate serving size and not overdoing it, as when supplying the Pancreas Glandular supplement, it will be fine for your dog with kidney disease.
