Yes, Giardia could certainly be the cause of your puppy's issue. Use the Antimicrobial formula for at least two weeks to support your dog's immune system. I don't feel the Astragalus Root would be needed at this time. Instead, I would suggest the Microbiome Harmony to add some quickly multiplying beneficial flora into your puppy's digestive tract.
