Yes, there are the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals in our Daily Multi Plus. These nutrients are in their whole food form and are not easily evaluated as most nutrient testing is more accurate and appropriate for highly concentrated nutritional supplements. The nutrients in the Daily Multi Plus supplement a healthy diet but do not replace a concentrated vitamin supplement. For example, the Daily Multi Plus provides vitamin C to supplement a healthy diet, but not 500 mg of vitamin C as you might find in a concentrated manufacture supplement. In our view, obtaining nutrition from whole foods is preferable and we discuss this more in our article Whole Foods vs Synthetic Vitamins.
