I would start with the Heart Tonic alone as that herbal remedy is usually sufficient and it is a more complete formula to support the cardiovascular system. If, after a month or so, you or your veterinarian feels that your dog's heart needs further support you can consider adding in the hawthorn berry powder. Yes, you can use the Heart Tonic with Enalapril®, just keep in mind that both the remedy and medication provide similar action on the body so you may be able to provide a lower dosage of the medication. Don't lower dosages of medications without first discussing this with your veterinarian.
