Yes, Lion's Mane Mushroom may be given in conjunction with our core Degenerative Myelopathy Package. In fact, we include Lion's Mane Mushroom as an additional suggestion for Degenerative Myelopathy on our DM protocol help sheet, as it contains properties to help stimulate the the NGF (nerve growth production factor) and assists with the support of memory, focus, mood and nerve health. A 100 pound dog would need 2 teaspoons of Lion's Mane Mushroom daily.
