Yes, you may increase the Chloroxygen dosage for your animal with low red blood cells. I would suggest following an acute phase dosing schedule, which for an animal at 19 pounds would be 7 drops 4 times daily. This may be done until normal RBC range is reached, then you may move to a maintenance phase.
