We would not recommend our Antimicrobial for Gingivostomatitis, however we would suggest our Antiviral, Gum Rescue, Colostrum and Sovereign Silver. I would also recommend L-Lysine, as well as a whole food diet, keeping it gently cooked. We do not carry L-Lysine here however NOW brand is a good choice.
