I am sorry about your dog's EPI. Our Daily Multi Plus already contains 13 strains of digestive enzymes, so whenever it is left in food it will help begin the breakdown process of the food. This is big part of why we recommend it to be placed in with meals, and allowed to sit for about 10/15 minutes when Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency is present. To answer your question, yes, Daily Multi Plus will still be absorbed if you give it 20 minutes before a meal that includes digestive enzymes. However you will get the most digestive help out of the Daily Multi Plus if it is added to food.
