Yes, using both the Kidney Tonic and Heart Tonic would be safe for your cat. However, this would be duplicating many of the herbs since the formulas are so similar. Instead, I would suggest continuing to provide the Heart Tonic to your cat and also providing a natural diuretic like dandelion leaf. This is a non-alcohol formula that you can find on Amazon.
