I recommend starting our Antimicrobial for 14 days straight, then taking a five day break. If symptoms remain, I would continue another 14 days. Our Diarrhea Relief may be used for any loose stool so commonly associated with Giardia. I would also suggest a whole food diet, keeping it gently cooked while working to get this under control.
