Is it safe to give Turmeric Root and Licorice root at the same time along with your Systemic Enzymes daily?

While Licorice Root and Turmeric Root are fine to be used together, we do not recommend anything to be given at the same time as our Systemic Enzymes. Systemic Enzymes are to be kept in the capsule whole and taken away from main meals or other supplements as to not compete with the contents of the stomach for digestion. Systemics must be given either 45 minutes before, or two hours after meals/supplements. You may administer in a coconut oil ball, chunk of banana, baby food or meatball.
