I am very sorry about your dog's IVDD. Yes our Myelin Sheath would be safe to use, as well as our Nerve Tonic (particularly if there is subsequent neuropathy presenting). I would also recommend our Systemic Enzymes, Elk Velvet Antler and a whole food diet, which our How To Feed Your Dog article will share more information on. Please note our Systemic Enzymes must be kept in the capsule whole and given away from meals as to not compete with the contents of the stomach for digestion (give 45 minutes before meals or two hours afterwards). For the Pancreatitis you may consider adding our Ox Bile next to the Liver Tonic.
