For our business, it is not appropriate to use the words "cure" or "treat". Instead we say that our UTI Relief formula is "effective for supporting the health of the urinary tract". When a urinary tract infection is caught in the early stages, our UTI Relief will help to assist the body in restoring the health of the urinary tract. However, if the infection has been allowed to progress to where there are more severe symptoms such as blood in the urine, often a dog or cat will need an antibiotic to help eliminate the infection. UTI Relief can be used along with antibiotics and we suggest using a good probiotic like Microbiome Harmony as well. It is better to try to head off urinary infections by providing a diet with sufficient moisture, like raw or other wet food. Also, we suggest using the UTI Relief for one week every month to help keep the urinary tract healthy.
