Yes, the Antilthic can help with urate stones. Better yet, I would suggest our Bladder Stone Support Package for optimal benefits especially with the #10 Nat Phos Cell Salt to help balance acidity (will be back in stock shortly). Don't worry about the glandulars in the Daily Multi Plus formula as they are only part of the formula so not in sufficient quantity to provide too many purines for your dog with urate stones. Since prescription diets are such poor quality nutrition, I suggest that you consider a whole food diet, either raw or cooked for your dog and we provide some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog.
