I question the cayenne pepper in the Nerve Tonic remedy. Does it cause stomach or throat trouble?

Cayenne pepper makes a wonderful circulatory tonic and that is why we include this herb in our Nerve Tonic remedy. We only use a small amount and it will be fine for your dog or cat. While the constituent capsaicin found in cayenne can cause a "sensation" of heat, it does not actually burn or cause physical damage to tissue. Mix the herbal remedy into a small amount of treat food like yogurt or apple sauce and your companion will not even notice it.
