My cat is suspected to have feline oral pain syndrome. I’ve tried just about everything. Would this help? Nerve Tonic for Dogs and Cats

My cat had a dental cleaning and tooth extraction, and she was displaying odd behaviors after (tilting her head to the side and licking her lips). I took her to a dental specialist who said she has some root fractures, and recommended another surgery. After that she was doing the same thing, but also avoided playing with her toys now as if they would touch her mouth it would hurt her and she'd stop playing. She's now in pain regularly. Turns out, they are thinking it's a neurological or congenital disorder. I've tried everything I could. She won't touch CBD (it gave her diahrea now she will run away from it) and I've a tincture for somatitis. She is on 25mg of gabapentin 2x a day, but she's still in pain because she still won't play with her toys and she'll often smack her lips and tilt her head. Would this help?

You can certainly try the Nerve Tonic as it sounds to me like nerve pain due to the oral surgeries. You can also try the Kali Phos #6 Cell Salt that is recommended for nerve pain and stress. I would also discuss with your veterinarian about discontinuing the Gabapentin® as this medication has numerous undesirable side effects and it doesn't seem to be helping anyway.
