I would consider the Immune Balance to help support the balance of your dog's immune system for the pannus (immune-mediated eye condition) as well as the Biopreparation F3 that can cross the blood-retinal barrier to nurture the eye. My suggestions for the leg injury depend on the type of injury. If in the joint try the Elk Velvet Antler and if in the tissue (ligaments/tendons) try the Collagen. Both would be great if your budget permits.
