Can this be given to a diabetic dog on insulin? Will anything in it it affect the BG negatively?

I have a chronic IBS/pancreatitis dog that is now diabetic and on insulin. He is assumed to have some dysbiosis and lack of enzymes. Would anything in this affect the blood glucose levels?
