Our Bovine Cartilage is a whole food supplement with no chemical additives so it is perfectly fine to provide to your dog when using the medications you mentioned. I would just like to mention that coughing is a potential side effect of the medications that you are using like phenobarbital. Please do not tilt your dog's head back if using a syringe to administer the medications as your dog can breath some liquid in and this will cause coughing. To use a syringe, just gently pull out the corner of your dog's lower lip and administer the medication. For your dog with seizures we also strongly suggest to avoid flea and tick medications and collars as these contain powerful neurotoxins that have been associated with seizures in our pets.
