I think that you are getting a little confused as far as the ratios go. The "80%" would include muscle meat, organ and bone and the remaining 20% would be fruits and vegetables. Canines in the wild do eat plant matter and also get some from the stomach of their prey. These fruits and vegetables would round out your dog's nutritional profile. The Daily Multi Plus will provide some nutrients missing from a dog or cat's diet. This supplement also provides important digestive enzymes and probiotics to improve your pet's digestion so they get all of the nutritional benefits from their diet. You may also consider a joint supplement like our Elk Velvet Antler, but other than that a balanced 75/25 or 80/20 diet is all your dog needs and we provide some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog.
