I researched the Rose-Hip Vital® supplement and it appears to be safe. It consists of rose hips processed to preserve a compound called GOPO. GOPO is believed to prevent excess white blood cells from gathering at an injury site, which can further inflame tissue. While inflammation is essential for healing, excess can harm tissue. I have a slight concern with the effect on the immune system, because we don't want to suppress overall immune system activity, but I feel at suggested dosages that are not too large this will not occur (hopefully!). Overall, I see no issue with incorporating it alongside our supplements. I recommend following our supplement protocol for about a month and documenting your dog's health. Then, introduce the Rose-Hip Vital® supplement to observe any noticeable benefits. or lack thereof, or potential adverse events like stomach upset. If there are or aren't noticeable benefits with the use of this supplement please let us know at support@thephnc.com because we are always interested in new supplements/approaches to pet health issues.
