The answer would really be based on a more personal level, and we can't provide a blanket answer that would apply to everyone. We do feel that Biosuperfood would be able to replace other "green foods" such as chlorella, spirulina and similar supplements. We also know that Biosuperfood provides thousands of nutrients in a form that is easily assimilated by the body and it also helps to make nutrients from food more easily absorbed as well. What we don't know is your individual diet and in which nutrients it may be deficient. We often suggest getting a hair tissue analysis that can help you better determine what mineral nutritional supplements you may need in addition to Biosuperfood and an at home (or doctors office) blood test for vitamin levels.
