Our Daily Multi Plus is a wonderful supplement to support the digestive health and overall vitality of a dog or cat so I would encourage you to add this to your dog's diet. As far as something more specifically directed at eye health I would consider the Biopreparation F3 Forte. This supplement consists of microalage that can cross the blood-retinal barrier to directly nurture the eyes. Biopreparation contains naturals levels of lutein and zeaxanthin that are two carotenoids important for eye health. Start slowly with one quarter the suggested serving size and work up to the suggested serving size for your size dog over a two week period. Just make sure that your senior dog does not have any issues with hypertension (high blood pressure) before using Biopreparation F3. If hypertension is an issue begin with the F2 Core formula.
